Where I will find the driver?
Incoming transfer: The driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall of the airport, after luggage collection and custom contros. He will be holding a sign with your name (or the name provided to us in reservation form).

Transfer from hotel to airports: In case of Hotel collection, the driver will meet your group in the hotel’s reception. In case of pickup at a private apartment or villa, please have your group waiting for the driver at the scheduled pick-up time.

How long before I have to leave my hotel for an international departure transfer? (from Old City - Taksim/Sultanahmet area) If your flight leaves from Sabiha Gokcen Airport you have to leave the hotel from 3:00 to 3:30 hours before your flight departure on normal traffic conditions and from 4:00 to 4:30 hours before on rush hours.
If your flight is leaving from Istanbul International Airport (ISL) you have to leave your hotel 3:30 hours before your departure time.
