So far so good. Meet and greet at the airport works but sometimes a longer wait for the car to come to pick-up point.Cars always as advertised, good drivers however ocassionally they smell of cigarettes. Return from hotel always efficient and on time. Good communication if there is a slight delay. Will continue to use as having tried other services this is the best.

Submitted a request for pick-up in Istanbul at 4am in the morning to go to the airport. Driver was 30 minutes early. Car was clean, large Mercedes minivan and the driver was good. Definitely use the service again.Date of Posting: 25 junio 2015

The taxi arrived on time, and drove us to the airport. We did get into a wrong taxi first. Then realized it was not the one we had ordered. He was not a happy camper when he had to back up. When the right driver showed up, he had my name. Maybe a note on your bookings to say that the driver will address you by name would avoid this from happening to others. I should have realized it myself, but at 6:00 am in a foreign language, I was not very aware. Thanks for your service, it made our last day in Barcelona a lot less stressful.
