I was very happy with the service. The driver was exactly on time, car clean. all good. Only one thing: it would be nice to get a confirmation on the day before the drop-off to the airport to be sure the car will be there. When you make the reservation it is not entirely clear if one should enter the airplane arrival time or the pick-up time (usually it takes half an hour to get the luggage) and there should be an option one got only hand luggage because than it is faster. on my confirmation print out it should the pick-up time at the airport but not to the airport, therefore I was insecure if I would be picked-up. Will book again next time.
